Job Description
A - Accountabilities:
Server & Computer Systems Installation and Support (Hardware, & OS).
Network knowledge (HW & SW).
Windows OS Installation, Troubleshooting, Performance tuning, Monitoring, Applying Service Pack and Windows Updates.
Having knowledge about Domain controllers, security policies, etc.
Basic knowledge on Database MS-SQL & Oracle.
Adhere to Heath, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
B- Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer / Electronics - related.
Bilingual.
Excellent communication skills and technical reporting skills.
Deductive reasoning skills and identify potential and existing problems.
On-time escalating of issues to next higher support level.

C- Optional Experiences :
Fuel Stations Management Systems (POS/BOS)
Forecourt Controllers (DOMS) supporting different fueling dispensers.
C-Store POS/BOS Hardware, Software and Operations.
Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) Systems
POS Payment Terminals
