We are seeking a Performance Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Design ad creatives for the company's products on major overseas advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

• Create eye-catching ad materials that attract the target audience based on market trends and user behavior.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand advertising strategies and ensure design content aligns with market positioning and brand tone.

• Conduct A/B testing on ad materials, analyze data feedback, and continuously optimize ad creatives.

• Manage the ad material library, ensuring diversity and frequent updates.

• Track the effectiveness of ad campaigns and provide regular design performance reports.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or above in art, design, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in advertising design, with successful case studies and a portfolio.

• Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.

• In-depth understanding of digital marketing, familiar with the mechanisms and optimization techniques of advertising platforms.

• Innovative mindset, sensitive to design trends, and insightful about artificial intelligence and industry trends.

• Experience in managing material storage, creative control, and related areas is a plus.
