Director of Operations

Justlife, the leading home services app in the MENA region, is searching for a passionate and results-oriented Director of Operations to join their fast-growing team!

The Opportunity:

• Be a key player in Justlife's exciting journey, shaping the future of home services.

• Report directly to the co-founder and play a critical role in overseeing supply chain and service fulfillment across UAE and KSA.

• Own and optimize the entire supply chain for timely and cost-effective service delivery.

• Manage multiple teams, fostering accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost-optimization initiatives.

• Oversee product technology adoption and champion projects impacting quality, fulfillment, utilization, and supply assignment.

• Analyze performance metrics to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

• Possesses 8+ years of experience in operational roles within a high-growth tech environment (ideally home services, logistics, or similar).

• Excels in strategic thinking with a focus on execution and results delivery.

• Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.

• Leverages data-driven decision making and enjoys building clear, simple processes.

• Thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts to ambiguity, and readily pivots strategies.

• Possesses strong communication skills to bridge team gaps, align efforts, and inspire action.

• Navigates ambiguity and influences stakeholders with evidence, commitment, and expertise.

• Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

• Has financial acumen, understanding budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
