Job Description
Responsibilities:
Register and transmit vendor and client documentation for the project.
Check documentation to ensure compliance with client standards.
Archive project and corporate records, both hardcopy and electronically.
Import all project documentation into the document management system and file accordingly.
Transmit all documentation per client requirements promptly.
Archive and retrieve historical documentation.
Conduct quality checks on all documentation before issuing/transmitting to the client.
Handle requests for new document numbers/hard copy documentation.
Perform scanning, printing, and copying of project documentation.
Process and record technical documentation accurately.
Maintain hard copy and electronic record files in good order to comply with QA requirements.
Run document control reports from the applied company or project document control system.
Ensure document management procedures meet project, client, and regulatory requirements.
Independently manage all aspects of project documentation using various document control practices and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
Monitor progress of client reviews of technical data.
Contribute to compilation of final project dossiers, as-built portfolios, and archiving.
Establish a systematic and comprehensive project filing system.
Produce exception reports, comment overdue reports, and other reports for project management review.
Maintain the project's document storage structure.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience.
Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems, preferably LiveLink, ASSAI.
Good understanding of Document Control Processes and engineering documents/drawings.
