Senior Project Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing construction projects. With a focus on delivering social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, JASARA PMC is at the forefront of driving sustainable and transformative change in the Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budget

• Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control measures

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution

• Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines throughout the project lifecycle

• Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

• Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and project sponsors

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 25 + years of proven experience in project management, preferably with PMC and Consultant background.

• Successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

• Familiarity with project management software and tools

• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams

• Sound understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Some experience involving tunnel excavation / and or mining works on projects could also be beneficial.

• Knowledge of rock excavation and rockfall mitigation would be helpful.
