IT Technical Support

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team. You will play a vital role in helping us optimize our business processes by implementing, configuring, and maintaining Dynamics 365 applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and gather requirements for Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Design and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business needs and objectives.

• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 functionalities using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow.

• Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and web services to enhance functionality.

• Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for implemented Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to Dynamics 365 usage.

• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 updates and features to ensure optimal utilization.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the Dynamics 365 implementation and deployment process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 (or similar CRM/ERP systems).

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and their functionalities.

• Experience with configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications.

• Solid grasp of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) concepts.

• Experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for application development and automation.

• Knowledge of third-party system integrations and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to effectively gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
