Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM) within the GCC, with at least 3 years spent in Saudi Arabia (KSA). Prior experience working on similar projects or as a stakeholder with VVIP expertise is essential.
Engineering Degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
Project Management: Proven ability to supervise and coordinate electromechanical maintenance activities effectively.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
Safety Focus: In-depth knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures, adhering to the highest safety standards.
Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with control systems and automation technologies used in modern facilities.
Installation & Commissioning: Experience overseeing the installation and commissioning of electromechanical equipment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
Communication & Leadership: Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of stakeholders.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles as they pertain to electromechanical systems.
