Job Description

  • Contribute to the preparation of the department's annual budget and monitor financial performance standards including revenue, costs, collections, and profits.

  • Develop a joint work strategy with sales managers and other departments.

  • Prepare an annual sales business plan for the department, including a set of initiatives and key activities that the department will undertake during the year.

  • Prepare regular reports on departmental performance, including expected monthly targets.

  • Administratively supervise departmental staff and representatives, directly coordinating their daily activities, providing support and guidance for major or complex sales presentations.

  • Monitor customer account statements and supervise collection and deposit activities by representatives in coordination with the finance department.

  • Develop and implement a monthly follow-up plan for current and new clients.

  • Make suggestions for product development based on customer feedback and develop a plan in coordination with the marketing department.

  • Manage the recruitment process for the sales department.

  • Prepare periodic sales reports for key accounts, including business volume and profitability compared to targeted sales for each account.

  • Evaluate the operations, tasks, and activities performed by the sales department team continuously.

  • Provide proposals to improve company performance.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of company secrets and all proprietary information accessed by virtue of employment.
