Job Description
In this exciting leadership role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing pre-lead generation strategies to identify and nurture potential customers. You'll lead a team of lead generation executives, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified pre-leads for the sales team. You'll also be a data analysis pro, tracking and optimizing all pre-lead generation activities to maximize results.
What You'll Do:
Pre-Lead Generation Strategist:
Develop and execute targeted pre-lead generation strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify ideal customer demographics and select the most appropriate outreach channels.
Continuously refine pre-lead generation processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leader & Coach:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of lead generation executives.
Ensure team members are properly trained and equipped to generate and qualify high-quality pre-leads.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Data-Driven Optimization Expert:
Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for pre-lead generation.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Continuously optimize pre-lead generation processes based on data insights.
Market Maven & Collaboration Champion:
Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify new pre-lead sources.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering).
5+ years of experience in lead generation within the technology industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets.
Experience in lead generation research and process optimization using technology.
Prior experience in the GCC market (preferably Qatar).
Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation tools.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and lead tracking processes.
Experience with workflows in Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and MS Teams a plus.
In-depth knowledge of technology trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and metrics.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Bilingual ability in English and Arabic is a plus.
