Job Description

In this exciting leadership role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing pre-lead generation strategies to identify and nurture potential customers. You'll lead a team of lead generation executives, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified pre-leads for the sales team. You'll also be a data analysis pro, tracking and optimizing all pre-lead generation activities to maximize results.

What You'll Do:

  • Pre-Lead Generation Strategist:

    • Develop and execute targeted pre-lead generation strategies aligned with business objectives.

    • Identify ideal customer demographics and select the most appropriate outreach channels.

    • Continuously refine pre-lead generation processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Team Leader & Coach:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of lead generation executives.

    • Ensure team members are properly trained and equipped to generate and qualify high-quality pre-leads.

    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

  • Data-Driven Optimization Expert:

    • Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for pre-lead generation.

    • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

    • Continuously optimize pre-lead generation processes based on data insights.

  • Market Maven & Collaboration Champion:

    • Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify new pre-lead sources.

    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering).

  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation within the technology industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets.

  • Experience in lead generation research and process optimization using technology.

  • Prior experience in the GCC market (preferably Qatar).

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation tools.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and lead tracking processes.

  • Experience with workflows in Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and MS Teams a plus.

  • In-depth knowledge of technology trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and metrics.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Bilingual ability in English and Arabic is a plus.
