As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and aesthetically appealing home furniture products. Your designs will play a crucial role in shaping our product offerings and meeting the needs and desires of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new home furniture products, including sofas, beds, and other related items.

• Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform the design process.

• Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, such as Inventor, to create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D product models.

• Generate product prototypes and work closely with the prototyping team to refine designs and ensure functionality and quality.

• Create comprehensive design specifications, including material selection, dimensions, and manufacturing processes, to guide production.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques to continuously improve product design and innovation.

• Collaborate with the Commercial team to create compelling product presentations and visual materials for marketing campaigns and product launches.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements in all product designs.

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.

• 3-5 Years of Proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably in the home furniture industry.

• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, specifically Autodesk Inventor[HA1] .

• Ability to Create a Bill of material breakdown for an initial cost analysis before prototyping.

• Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and ergonomic principles related to furniture design.

• Excellent creativity and innovation skills, with the ability to translate concepts into functional and visually appealing designs.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate and precise product models and specifications.

• Knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products in the home furniture industry.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

• Portfolio showcasing previous furniture design projects and proficiency in CAD software.

• Fluent Level of English Language is a MUST.
