Pest Control Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify areas for growth.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.

• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and its services.

• Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Preferred Candidate:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pest control industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.

• Knowledge of the pest control industry and understanding of industry regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
