Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

  4. compile production reports, and participate in bidding activities.

  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities

  6. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

  7. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective product positioning and marketing campaigns

  8. Stay up-to-date with oil and gas industry developments and best practices

  9. Fulfill contracts, track projects, coordinate business matters, and manage payments.

  10. Perform other tasks assigned by higher-level leadership.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the oil and gas industry.

  2. Proficiency in both Chinese and Arabic is preferred, with fluent skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and familiarity with Microsoft office.

  3. Familiar with pipeline internal inspection technology, Sufficient understanding of pipeline integrity management.

  4. Strong leadership and managerial skills

  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  7. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities

  8. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
