Permit Reciever

Responsibilities:

• Review and understand all project plans, specifications, and relevant documentation.

• Coordinate with the project management team to identify and submit permit requests in a timely manner.

• Ensure that all necessary permits are obtained and displayed on the job site.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and permit conditions.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any potential safety hazards or violations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all permits, inspections, and violations.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure their compliance with permit requirements.

• Provide support and guidance to the project team regarding permit-related matters.

• Participate in safety meetings and trainings to stay updated on the latest regulations and best practices.

• Report any safety violations or incidents to the appropriate authorities and assist in the investigation process.

Preferred Candidate:

• Prior experience as a Permit Receiver in Aramco or a similar role in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations, permit requirements, and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing job site conditions and requirements.

• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different job sites as needed.

• Proficiency in computer applications and software related to permit tracking and documentation.

• Previous experience in Aramco.
