Job Description
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Provide technical support to merchants during the integration process
Troubleshoot issues quickly and provide solutions to merchants
Work closely with Onboarding, Merchant enablement and product/engineering departments where relevant
Provide training to merchants on how to use the integration tools
Ability to guide merchants with alternate solution options as required
Review and provide feedback on technical documentation based on experience and merchant feedback
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies related to integration

Must have technical/professional qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Strong understanding of integration methods and APIs.
Experience with troubleshooting technical issues.
Familiarity with various programming languages is a plus.
