Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should be familiar with the following tasks working in a Project Based Environment:

• Project Planning and Scheduling:

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans.

  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.

• Communication and Collaboration:

  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and schedule regular project meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.

• Documentation Management:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Ensure documentation adheres to organizational standards and policies.

• Resource Coordination:

  • Assist in resource allocation and tracking to ensure optimal project performance.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve resource conflicts and bottlenecks.

• Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify and document project risks and issues.

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Financial Tracking:

  • Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses.

  • Generate reports on project financials and contribute to budget forecasting.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.

• Proficient in project management tools and software.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.

• Proactive problem-solving mindset.

• Project Management certification/s is a plus
  

Minimum Experience Required

• 5 years of experience in the UAE in a similar position including mid-high value and complex projects with site/client facing experience and strengths
  

Skills and Knowledge

• Past project experience of projects that includes design and construction

• Greenfield project experience

• Ability to think ahead, identify new opportunities and create new and innovative approaches to work-related issues

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong Management and communication skills
