Digital Art Director

Responsibilities:

* Create and execute innovative and visually appealing digital designs that align with our clients' brand identity and objectives

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their design requirements and objectives

• Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support

• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital projects

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design, and incorporate them into our design processes

• Present design concepts and ideas to clients, and incorporate their feedback into the final design

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate:

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in digital design, with a focus on web and mobile design

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Strong understanding of user experience design principles

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to manage and lead a team

• Highly creative and able to think outside the box

• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience working with clients and understanding their design requirements
