The Role

This is a 6-month contract with a view to become a permanent position.

This critical appointment will be one of the leaders in driving this transformational change and will report into the Global Chief HR Officer, in the U.K. Heading an HR team, you will oversee and work closely with the business in the MEA region to align the People Strategy to the goals of the organization.

You will ensure that the region’s HR processes, and strategy are consistent and travel frequently across the region to develop key stakeholder relationships.

The Criteria This position will best suit a highly strategic, exceptionally strong senior HR professional with a passion and energy to lead a startup operation. You will also have the ability and desire to be hands on and take on operational tasks where required.

This will be an opportunity to leave a legacy and modernize this team and their approach to working with the business through progressive people strategies and new HR technology. Experience in the MEA region will be essential along with experience in similar positions from multinationals.

You will be immediately available to start a 6-month contract and be open to frequent travel as part of the role.
