Job Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with the CPIE FDO and the CJTF -OIR FDO to establish site specific foreign disclosure policies and practices
Mentor and educate military or government FDOs on Foreign Disclosure policies and procedures
Assist military or Government Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) with oversight and implementation of foreign disclosure programs within the HQs CJTF-OIR and subordinate units in theater
Advise and assist the CPIE FDO with the release of Classified Military Information (CMI)
Apply the proper Release/Security & Classification Markings on all disclosures or releases
Provide assistance to all foreign disclosure staff (FDO/FDR) and CPIE staff when questions arise pertaining to Foreign Disclosure
Advise and assist CPIE supported units and/or staff personnel with Guidance on Foreign Disclosure policies and procedures
Compile metrics lo include how many documents have been processed, at what classification level and to whom they have been pushed
Assist FDO with the development of periodic Foreign Disclosure Representative training materials
Assist the FDO with initial and annual/refresher foreign disclosure training
Provide an activity report rolling up all weekly act
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI Clearance
Associate degree or four years direct relevant intelligence, security or FDO experience
Experience: At least two years Foreign Disclosure experience
At least two years as an intelligence analyst
Specialized Training: Completion of DIA DIE FDO Course and USCENTCOM FDO training IAW USCENTCOM Regulation 380-5
Able to work independently with or without supervision, willing to deploy, work extended hours in a high OPTEMPO environment
Familiarity with USCENTCOM's Area of Operation
Thorough knowledge of National Disclosure Policy
Able to conduct policy research on US classified systems
Thorough knowledge of Records of Action
