Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for our company.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets

  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and referrals

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients

  5. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability for the company

  6. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and provide excellent customer service

  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts

  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

  9. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional network

  10. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Preferred Candidate

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role

  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  3. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  4. Self-motivated and driven to succeed

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  6. Excellent time management and organizational skills

  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

  9. Fluency in English and Arabic

  10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
