About the Role:
We are expanding our Global Sales Force and seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager for multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, passionate about providing unlimited investment opportunities for clients, and capable of prospecting new markets. Reporting to the Regional Head of Sales, this role offers a mix of remote, hybrid, and on-site work options.
Responsibilities:
Convert existing contacts/clients into new business to drive AUM growth
Develop new leads and build a robust sales pipeline
Collaborate with the Regional Manager to devise and implement effective sales strategies
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Stay updated on market competition and trends
Build trust-based relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders
Qualifications:
10+ years of sales experience in the Financial Services/Investment industry
Strong business network for building a sales pipeline
Excellent knowledge of securities markets
Proven track record in financial services sales and key account management
Highly motivated with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Overachiever mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
