Our company is a leading player in project and construction planning, committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as Interior Design Specialists.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop visual presentations of client requirements.

• Incorporate materials and products specified in the plan.

• Attend client meetings with consultants to understand specific requirements.

• Generate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) from design templates.

• Request suppliers for mock-up products to examine quality and specification requirements.

• Assist consultants in specifying materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, flooring, and sanitary fixtures.

• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain/update supplier materials and price lists on AE design software.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in design software and tools.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with consultants, suppliers, and manufacturers.
