Job Description

  • INTAKES:

- Setting up meeting with clients.- Booking a meeting room for the sponsoring company with trainees.- Preparing a list of information along with sorting out documents for each sponsored company such as:

  • High-School Certificate.

  • IBAN Number.

  • Civil ID.

  • Personal Photo.

  • Contact information.

  • STUDENTS CONTRACT:

Meeting clients for the signing of contract with their trainees as well as explaining it to them and provide a clear understanding of their job offer in the future with the sponsoring company.

  • COMPANIES REQUESTS:

- Acknowledgment of payment.- Statement of Account.- Balance Confirmation.- Graduation Certificates.- Trainee's documents or any information related to them.

  • Responsible to follow up with all companies and trainees from beginning until graduation.

  • HRDF & GOSI:

  • - Registering new Energy Tech employees to HRDF.

  • - Scanning new patch of newly applied trainees if they are being supported by HRDF or not.- Registering trainees on HRDF system.

  • - Overview trainee's status on GOSI.

  • - Opening a supporting agreement for SPSP & Companies with HRDF.

  • - HRDF for Aramco Agreement.- Assist companies on opening an agreement with HRDF.- Submitting invoices from Energy Tech & Aramco to HRDF.

  • - Meeting HRDF representative in SPSP for a visit with sponsored trainees.

  • Company visits to Energy Tech:

  • - Coordinate with relative department to attend the meeting

  • .- Inform Security Gate of their arrival.

  • - Inform Public Relation to coordinate with providing the necessary equipment's such as flyers, food or beverages.

  • - Present a PowerPoint presentation about Energy Tech.

  • Contractor Workforce Qualification Assurance Program (CWQAP)

- Market/advertise the training program to contractors.

- Collect the number of requests and record them into a database.

- Generate quotation.- Control and manage quotation serial number.

- Share quotation and includes Energy Tech terms and condition to contractors.

- Coordination with training department for training schedule.

- Sending confirmation to contractors and includes training schedule.

- Training can only be implemented if the contractors pay for the training cost in advance

- Share contractors' participants with both training department and security for gate access.

- On the day of the training, all participants must report to MOTC Multipurpose Room to gather or any large room. Training department staff will be present to take attendance and allocate the participants into their classrooms.

- Invoice will be generated once the training is started.-

Contact Energy Tech finance department to collect an invoice serial number assigned to the contractor invoice.

- Share the invoice with the contractor after being reviewed by the generator and line manager then signed by the line manager for approval.

SPSP has been established to meet the needs of the petroleum services industry and to support the Saudization process in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was founded by the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources, the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, Saudi Arabian Chevron, Saudi Aramco and Aramco Gulf Operations. The petroleum services industry consists of a number of contracting companies that service the oil exploration, drilling and production facilities in oil fields throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These contractors work with the major oil companies, such as Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabian Chevron, AGOC, etc. in exploring new fields, developing others, and utilizing the latest technology to extract oil and gas from the most difficult strata. A number of leading Saudi and international petroleum service contractors also support SPSP, and many are represented in the SPSP Board of Trustees. SPSP also has the full support of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). This collaboration has resulted in the development of a number of industry-specific programs that will run exclusively at SPSP and will provide well trained professionals who will be competent to fill basic technical jobs in the Petroleum Services Industry
