Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.

• Account Management: Oversee key accounts, ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction, develop long-term relationships with clients.

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, address their needs, ensure successful solution delivery, build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of defense and security technologies, provide technical guidance and support to clients.

• Project Management: Lead and manage high-profile projects, ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards, coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, account management, and client relationship management within the defense and security sector (required).

• Strong technical background with a thorough understanding of defense and security technologies (required).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required).

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive results (required).

• Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Arabic (highly desirable).
