Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
Account Management: Oversee key accounts, ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction, develop long-term relationships with clients.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, address their needs, ensure successful solution delivery, build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of defense and security technologies, provide technical guidance and support to clients.
Project Management: Lead and manage high-profile projects, ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards, coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, account management, and client relationship management within the defense and security sector (required).
Strong technical background with a thorough understanding of defense and security technologies (required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required).
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive results (required).
Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Arabic (highly desirable).
