Principal Engineer (Guidance and Control)

Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to act as a technical leader of guidance and control systems development and implementation. The principal engineer will support the department manager and give guidance to the engineers in the department. They will also be responsible for establishing the guidance and control capabilities and investigating future technologies that will advance the department.

• Pre-Flight Preparation

• Flight Test

• Post-Flight Analysis

• Future Investigation

• Investigate Cutting Edge Technologies

• Implementation of Futuristic Methodologies and Algorithms

• Capability Establishment and Tools

• Establish Guidance & Control Capabilities

• Establish Infrastructure, Tools, and Labs

Experience & Education Qualifications:

• At least 10-15 year of experience working on guided weapon systems or relevant experience and certifications.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in relevant fields (i.e. electrical, mechanical, embedded systems, aerospace engineering, etc.)

• At least 5 years of experience in engineering management and leadership.

• Detailed knowledge of the engineering discipline and the development of guided weapon systems.
