Manufacturing Engineer (Emirati)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering Documents: One of the principal focus is the development of manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, BOMs, Routings, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Visual aids and other pertinent documents to aid production processes.

• Participation: They participate in project integrated teams (IPT teams) with other professionals of various disciplines/departments to support the industrialization of products.

• Quality Control/Assurance: Collaborates with quality engineers and inspectors, follows quality standards and integrates quality control steps and test requirements in the work instructions to ensure that UAVs meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.

• Tooling and Equipment: Collaborates with tooling engineers to introduce new tools and improve existing tool effectiveness.

• Continuous Improvement: Identifies areas for process optimization and propose initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

• Training: Acquires traing in basic CATIA, Geometrical, Dimensional and Tolerance (GD&T), Manufacturing Drawing, Manufacturing Process and Materials, 5 Part Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action 8D, Six Sigma & Statistical Process Control (SPC), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Risk Assessment, APQP, etc.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.

• Exposure to CAD/CAM is advantageous.

• Problem-solving skills and analytical skills.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.

• Addaptability, willinness to learn and adapt to a fast pace environment.
