Job Description

Domo Ventures is a company focused on excellence in hospitality development and renovation projects. They are seeking a highly experienced project manager to lead their rebranding and renovation initiatives.

About the Role

In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospitality renovation and rebranding projects, from initial planning to successful completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, ensure quality standards are met, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership throughout all project phases: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project success.

  • Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues clearly and regularly to senior management and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

  • Manage project budgets meticulously, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.

  • Prepare and present cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for project transparency.

  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.

  • Monitor and address project risks effectively to prevent disruptions and ensure smooth project execution.

  • Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with architects, contractors, and other vendors to secure the best value and performance.

  • Ensure vendor compliance with contract terms and performance standards.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, contracts, and all relevant correspondence.

  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to the Director of Projects & Development and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (required).

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on hospitality renovation and rebranding projects (required).

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus (preferred).

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget (required).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills (required).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment (required).

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (required).

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) is a plus (preferred).
