About the Role:

• Oversee all aspects of hotel development and acquisition, from initial identification to deal closing.

• Conduct market research and analyze potential opportunities.

• Prepare financial projections and feasibility studies.

• Negotiate agreements and oversee project development.

• Identify and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for existing hotels.

• Provide support and leadership to hotel general managers and operations managers.

You are a highly motivated and results-oriented leader with extensive experience in hospitality development and acquisitions! You have:

• Proven track record in the hospitality sector, particularly in the GCC region (especially Saudi Arabia).

• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise.

• Excellent market research and feasibility analysis capabilities.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (required).
