Job Description
Reception's day-to-day operations & ensure the cleanliness of the entire office.
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Update appointment calendars for the meeting rooms on the 27th & 28th floor.
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
Support in allocating and managing space between floors
Support in ensuring that office facilities including the pantry and other related premises meet government regulations and environmental, health, and safety standards
Administer and process petty cash transactions for all purchases related to the pantry.
Support on GRC - Follow up with the PRO status of residency transfer, renewal, and cancelation and update the PRO work updates sheet (tracking sheet) weekly
Ad Hoc - P.O requests, business card requests, Talabat credit
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience as a receptionist
University Degree, preferably with a Hospitality Management focus
Excellent time management skills
Customer service skills
Ability to maintain an organized & tidy office & reception area
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work within a team & work independently whenever required
Advanced MS Office & G-Suite skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Ability to read, write, and speak English & Arabic fluently.
