Coordinator Talent development

In this exciting role, you'll play a vital role in supporting and coordinating our learning and development initiatives. You'll wear many hats, from planning and managing logistics for training programs to administering our learning management system.

What You'll Do:

• Learning & Development Champion:

  • Plan, organize, and administer various learning programs aligned with our overall learning strategy.

  • Track and report on program effectiveness to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Analyze trends and data to identify learning needs and opportunities.

• Logistics Mastermind:

  • Take ownership of logistics planning and coordination for all learning programs.

  • Organize program supplies, including technology tools, manage invitation lists, and gather feedback.

• Learning Management System (LMS) Guru:

  • Administer and manage various tools used for learning programs, including our LMS.

  • Ensure the smooth operation and user experience within the LMS platform. (Familiarity with LMS is a plus!)

• Team Player & Problem Solver:

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

  • Approach challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience in an administrative support role is a plus, but not required.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and deliver clear information.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.

• Keen eye for detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

• Professional demeanor and positive attitude to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
