Key AccountabilitiesDay-to-Day Operations:
Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the Filling Team leader to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
Ensure that Filling Operators request packaging materials according to the production plan, considering availability in the buffer store.
Manage the daily production plan according to the production program (sequence, date, and time).
Ensure CUTE (Continuous Ultrasonic Totalization Equipment) is updated timely with accurate data captured by Filling Operators.
Day-to-Day Operations:

Participate in the operational excellence program by implementing ideas to achieve world-class manufacturing through productivity, people engagement, working environment, growth, and quality ideas.
Lead deep cleaning activities and weekly preventive maintenance.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices considering international best practices to improve business processes, cost efficiency, and productivity.
Safety, Quality, and Environment:
Safety and Quality Compliance:
Report near-misses and safety risks promptly.
Ensure Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) application during troubleshooting and plant activities for routine and non-routine tasks.
Ensure compliance with GMP, personal hygiene, housekeeping, equipment cleaning, floor cleaning, zoning, and 5S on a daily basis.
Adhere to all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Verify and crosscheck quality checks done by Filling Operators as mentioned in the Standard Instruction Manual (SIM) for all fillers across the plant.
Adhere to food safety standards and ensure GMP, personal hygiene, housekeeping, machine cleaning, and 5S are maintained daily.
Cost, Delivery, and Morale:
Verify that the printed date and production codes on products comply with the production program.
Ensure filling operations are done with optimal efficiency, minimizing loss in filling operation (LIP), and other overhead expenses according to ASD Quality standards.
Ensure recycling activities are conducted following safety and quality requirements.
Ensure timely scanning of reservations received from the material warehouse after proper verification.
Monitor trials and innovations and provide feedback.
Maximize service to internal customers by delivering the right product at the right time and in the right specification.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in food or engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience at the supervisory level, or Dairy Food Technology Diploma/Technical Diploma with a minimum of 5 years’ experience at the supervisory level.
3-5 years’ experience at the supervisory level.
Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Safety and quality consciousness.
FMCG/Food and Beverages experience.
Bachelor's degree in food or engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience at the supervisory level, or Dairy Food Technology Diploma/Technical Diploma with a minimum of 5 years’ experience at the supervisory level.
