The Opportunity

This exciting 2-year Junior Program is designed to empower recent graduates like you to launch successful careers in the dynamic HVAC industry. You'll collaborate with a team of ambitious graduates, bringing fresh perspectives to propel Danfoss' mission of sustainable engineering.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, growth opportunities, and industry trends.

• Respond to customer and partner inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Craft compelling presentations to showcase our climate solutions and their benefits to clients.

• Assist in organizing marketing events to cultivate stronger customer relationships.

• Analyze customer needs and project requirements to propose tailored solutions that meet specifications.

• Identify promising sales opportunities and develop detailed proposals.

• Maintain accurate sales data by inputting opportunities into Salesforce.

• Contribute to the development of insightful sales and market analysis reports.

• Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support as needed.

You Are:

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).

• Possess a clear understanding of HVAC systems and their applications.

• A strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills in English and Arabic.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• A natural salesperson with excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Adept at multitasking, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and meeting deadlines effectively.
