Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights.

• Write clear, concise, and engaging technical content for various platforms such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and product documentation.

• Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and adherence to company standards and guidelines.

• Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and visibility.

• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical correctness, coherence, and consistency.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align content with business objectives and target audience needs.

• Create and maintain a content calendar to plan and organize content production and publishing schedules.

• Monitor content performance metrics, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer or similar role in a B2B or technology-focused environment.

• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to simplify complex information for non-technical audiences.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with graphic design tools and multimedia content creation is desirable but not required.

• A portfolio of published writing samples showcasing technical content expertise is highly preferred.
