We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visual content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

• Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and images that align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all social media channels.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and concept ideas for social media campaigns and promotions.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media features, and best practices.

• Optimize designs for various social media platforms and ensure they are mobile-friendly.

• Work with copywriters to ensure visual and written content complement each other effectively.

• Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust designs accordingly to improve engagement and reach.

• Participate in creative meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the overall marketing strategy.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proven experience 2-4 years of experience in social media graphic design.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.

• Portfolio showcasing previous work in social media design.

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
