IT Systems Analyst

About You:

• Hold a degree in Economics, Finance, or IT.

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in creating IT system specifications.

• Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Have a solid understanding of software development methodologies.

• Excel in analytical thinking and communication, with a flexible and adaptable work style.

• Possess practical knowledge of CASE tools, MS Office, and JIRA.

• Be willing to travel for business (a plus).

Bonus Points:

• Experience in the aviation industry and Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the product design process from both a functional and business perspective.

• Analyze and define requirements for custom IT solutions tailored to client needs.

• Conduct analytical workshops at client sites to gather business requirements.

• Design new IT solutions and develop existing ones.

• Create user stories and system specifications.

• Support the Product Owner in product backlog refinement.
