We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with 6+ years of experience in the engineering consulting sector. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local authority regulations governing architectural design and construction processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and drawings in compliance with SBC codes and local regulations.

• Coordinate with engineering teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements into project plans.

• Handle the submission of architectural drawings and documents for permits and approvals from relevant authorities, including Modon, Royal Commission of Jubail & Yanbu (RCJY), Mawani, and MOMRAH – Balady.

• Facilitate the procurement of necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from regulatory bodies to proceed with project implementation.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and project objectives.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on architectural design principles, building materials, and construction techniques.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction methodologies.

• Mentor junior architects and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

• Represent the firm professionally in client meetings, presentations, and interactions with regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in architectural design and engineering consultancy.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local authority regulations.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Previous experience working with regulatory authorities and obtaining permits in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.

• Professional licensure or registration as an Architect is preferred.
