Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Operations and Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our UAV (Beginner & Intermediate) flight training program for the KSA Air Force. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of our training facility and provide project management support to ensure the successful execution of training missions.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management (50%):

  • Oversee the operations management of B-UAV and I-UAV programs.

  • Ensure efficient delivery and performance of all operational activities.

  • Monitor and report on the status of operational activities.

Project Management (20%):

  • Manage procurement for I-UAV live flying devices.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Support for Emerging Opportunities (30%):

  • Assist with capture and solutions for new business opportunities.

  • Support proposal development and submission.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Previous experience with military programs is a must.

  • Technical background with past work experience in technical roles.

  • Experience in operational management and leadership roles such as HR.

  • Familiarity with ISO standards.

  • PMP certification.

  • Solutions lead experience and proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reporting Structure: The Operations and Project Manager will report directly to the Regional Services Manager and have a dotted line report to the General Manager.
