About the Role:

As a Nursery Teacher at MindChamps Nursery, you will play a vital role in fostering the development of young minds. You will be responsible for:

• Curriculum Delivery:

  • Planning, implementing, and supervising the MindChamps Nursery curriculum in a fun and engaging way.

  • Tailoring lessons to meet the individual needs of each child while considering the group's overall development.

• Safe & Stimulating Environment:

  • Creating a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized classroom space that promotes positive interactions.

• Child Development & Assessment:

  • Observing, documenting, and assessing children's progress in various developmental areas.

  • Collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's holistic growth.

• Communication & Collaboration:

  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Communicating effectively about children's progress and development.

  • Participating in professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• University degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.

• OR University degree and a certified vocational qualification in early childhood education.

• OR Certified vocational qualification in early childhood education (with extensive experience).

• Minimum of two years' experience working in an early years setting.

• Creativity, passion, and a love for working with young children.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

• Strong foundation in early childhood development and learning theories.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
