Role Overview

As a Senior Visual and UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and user experience aspects of our digital products. With a focus on mobile app design and branding, including logo creation, promotional banner ads, and social media posts, your expertise will drive the creation of compelling and user-friendly designs that adhere to our brand guidelines and support our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure adherence to client brand design guidelines while evolving our design system with comprehensive documentation on style guides, patterns, and behaviors.

• Logo and branding design

• Design visually compelling banners ads across digital platforms (social media, web, mobile)

• Analyze UX problems

• Develop UI mockups and prototypes to illustrate user flow and wireframes function, preparing resources for developers and ensuring accurate implementation.

• Follow up with tech team and QA to make sure UI /UX designs & behaviour are implemented correctly

• Engage in design research to understand user preferences, market trends, and perform competitor analysis.

Essential Requirements

• A University Degree in Graphic Design or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of professional design experience.

• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign).

• Experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps, with a strong understanding of Design Thinking processes.

• Familiarity with usability testing, design research activities, and managing Design System/Style-guide documentation.

• Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
