Configuring network security and virus protection software tools and monitoring their effectiveness to safeguard the entire infrastructure.
Backing up essential data and information in an isolated location for handling emergency situations such as a data breach.
Having the required software and tools to conduct data recovery and backup during network complications to ensure an uninterrupted workflow.

Plan and execute predictive and breakdown maintenance support..
Provide technical support for proposal and execution of D&I, PSS projects.
Develop configuration diagrams , presentation and customer reports.
