Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop the affiliate marketing department and adjust as need to achieve overall business objectives
Champion and develop capabilities for development of in-house affiliate marketing to enhance control.
Apply best practices in affiliate marketing and demand generation to develop effective marketing campaigns for our clients.
Build data-driven insights to optimize pipeline generation.
Develop and implement innovative affiliate marketing strategies.
Define clear objectives, KPIs, and key success metrics for each campaign
Identify, manage and optimize the affiliate channel
Work with external vendors to design, plan and execute campaigns
Drive campaign strategy development and develop clear guidance for engaged teams.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed as per client objectives.
Implement robust attribution models to accurately measure the impact of marketing efforts on our campaigns
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing activities.
Develop regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all our affiliate campaigns
Monitor and assess the competitive affiliate landscape and consumer trends, providing strategic direction
Develop, nurture and own relationships to generate new business opportunities, working with all the stakeholders within MENA Region
Work closely with clients to outline and explore solutions based on key KPI's
Act as top domain expert in leading the development and expansion of Media vertical offerings and best practices in partnership with senior leadership
Provides overall leadership, guidance, and strategic direction
Supervise, coach, and develop direct report(s)
Work independently, be a self-starter and take initiatives to find solutions for business requirements
Requirements:
Metrics-focused who has a deep interest and love for analyzing and understanding data to inform marketing and sales decisions.
Works in a self-directed manner to achieve critical time-dependent milestones on time and with high quality.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple simultaneous projects.
12+ years of experience working on Affiliate networks, agencies
Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape (Mobile and Web)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to educate clients, advocate the product adoption based on client's requirements.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills are essential, with experience analyzing data-sets and delivering actionable insights for the client.
