Key responsibilities:

• Implement all sales activities in line with the Retail Department’s set guidelines and standards.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products to provide clients with accurate and solid information.

• Acquire a clear understanding of the Retail Market to collect relevant information about competitors’ services and prices, and customer needs that are not being met.

• Meet and exceed monthly-established targeted sales goals.

• Attach price tags to merchandise within the shop.

• Guide clients toward the products they have requested professionally.

• Address customer questions and concerns regarding products, prices, and availability of products.

• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.

• Enter new customer details and process product purchases into the system while ensuring a high level of information security.

• Coordinate with the Direct Manager to provide competitors’ information to the concerned departments to utilize such information profitably.

• Perform ad-hoc activities and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
