We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Buyer/Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing has worked for a retail company in the buying team or as a production merchandiser in a trading company. This role involves identifying and establishing new client relationships, opening new accounts, and driving sales within the Gulf region (UAE and GCC).

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in the UAE and GCC region.

Establish and open new accounts, driving sales and expanding our market presence.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in manufacturing and working for a retail company in the buying team or as a production merchandiser in a trading company.

Previous experience working in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.

Strong network and connections within the fashion and retail industry in the Gulf region.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Compensation:

Base salary

Sales commission unlocked once the account has grown above agreed amount of sales Additional performance-based incentives
