Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle vendor registrations and maintain vendor relationships. (SAP Ariba experience preferable)

  • Sign up the company for relevant opportunities and ensure timely submissions.

  • Communicate effectively via email with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Perform general office duties, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
