Forklift Driver

Responsibilities:

* Operate forklift to move materials and products in a safe and efficient manner.

• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves using a forklift.

• Stack and store products in the appropriate locations within the warehouse or production area.

• Inspect forklift before and after each shift and report any maintenance or safety issues.

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or production area.

• Assist in inventory control by counting and recording received and shipped goods.

• Collaborate with other warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Preferred Candidate:

* Proven experience as a Forklift Driver in a warehouse or production setting.

• Valid forklift operator certification.

• Ability to safely and efficiently operate a forklift in tight spaces and around other equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when stacking and storing products.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
