Sales Executive

The Sales and Distribution Executive is responsible for ensuring the distribution and visibility of products in Super Markets/Self-Service stores as per Principal/Division Guidelines. They are accountable for achieving the allocated monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer/Supplier Interaction:

• Interface with Customer second/third-line management levels for in-market executions.

• Negotiate with customers on the allocated marketing spend.

• Address stock listing, availability, visibility, and expiry issues within prescribed guidelines.

• Liaise with the logistics function to ensure the timely delivery of stock.

• Responsible for debt recovery and provide support to the accounting team for reconciliations.

People Management:

• Guide and supervise Merchandisers on the floor.

Analysis:

• Read and understand Customer Sales Analysis Agency/Brand and ROI.

• Provide in-market information such as RSP surveys, Competition activity, and display pictures.

Innovation:

• Utilize creativity in displays within set guidelines by Brand owners.

Operations:

• Ensure adequate stock availability on the shelf 24/7.

• Maintain visibility as per KAP/SOM.

• Maintain freshness of stock in stores.

• Responsible for stock rotation.

• Work within allocated Trade Spend.

Strategy:

• Increase the SOS in Key Accounts with KAP or as per SOM in line with Brand Owners' strategy.

Skills:

Education, Qualifications, and Specific Experience:

• Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent. University Degree holder preferred.

• At least 2 years of background in a distributor/multinational FMCG business.

• Qatari/GCC driving license.
