Job Description

  • Responsible for interacting with customers in gathering stock status and ensuring share of shelf

  • On a daily basis responsible for interacting with the customer to ensure minimum order quantity & Displays/store planogram

  • Through positive interaction and responsiveness ensures customer satisfaction

  • Gathers and analyses easily available stock data to ensure that merchandizing principles such as First in First Out are adhered to

  • Gathers and analyses competitor price trends, new product introduction and recommends change/ price to next level management

  • Identifies merchandising process improvement opportunities and provides information to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement

  • Uses visual creativity in displays to ensure product off take

  • Reporting to sales manager/ sales supervisor and Closely works with the sales team
