Internal Audit Manager

Lead the internal audit team and ensure the effectiveness of Al-Sayer Group's internal controls!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the internal audit staff.

• Plan and execute audits according to professional standards.

• Report audit findings and recommend improvements.

• Conduct risk assessments and identify business process controls.

• Prepare detailed audit plans and allocate resources.

• Review and discuss audit observations and recommendations.

• Prepare written reports on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.

• Evaluate the implementation of corrective actions.

People Management:

• Set performance objectives and conduct performance reviews for audit staff.

• Recommend promotions, salary adjustments, and disciplinary actions.

• Identify staffing needs and participate in hiring decisions.

• Maintain staff motivation and address employee grievances.

Qualifications:

• Experience in internal auditing (required).

• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (required).
