Senior Auditor

As an Internal Audit Senior, you will play a vital role in our Internal Audit department, providing leadership and guidance to your team while conducting comprehensive audits. You will ensure adherence to best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our organization.

Here's what you'll do:

• Lead & Manage: Lead and mentor your team in executing internal audit programs and assignments.

• Technical Expertise: Perform a variety of audit tasks, including reviews, special requests, and ad-hoc assignments.

• Program Development: Assist in developing and formulating effective audit programs.

• Critical Thinking: Review and analyze audit findings, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.

• Reporting: Draft clear and concise audit reports, identifying findings and proposing practical recommendations.

• Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with the Audit Supervisor or Manager, keeping them apprised of project status and potential issues.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance internal controls, business processes, and overall efficiency.

• Teamwork: Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Knowledge Transfer: Actively mentor and train junior team members, fostering their professional development.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in internal auditing.

• Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies and best practices.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in report writing and presentation skills.

• Working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to professional development.

• Fluency in English business language.
