Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the e-commerce platform
Manage and grow relationships with key partners, including online marketplaces and third-party vendors
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to drive performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to optimize sales processes and customer experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce sales
Preferred Candidate:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in the UAE market
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of online marketplaces and the e-commerce landscape
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners
Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome challenges and adapt to changing market conditions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
