Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the e-commerce platform

  • Manage and grow relationships with key partners, including online marketplaces and third-party vendors

  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to drive performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to optimize sales processes and customer experience

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce sales

Preferred Candidate:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in the UAE market

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces and the e-commerce landscape

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners

  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome challenges and adapt to changing market conditions

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
