Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to closure.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.

• Oversee project team members and delegate tasks effectively to ensure project objectives are achieved.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice, and safety standards.

• Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project team members to foster a collaborative and high- performing team environment.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.

• Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Sound understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
